You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Please ensure that the details you provide are true, correct, accurate, and complete. If SLPG Micro Care Foundation has reasonable suspicion that your information is wrong or inaccurate, your account may be terminated immediately without notice.

You can access and update most of your information on the 'dashboard' area after logging in, or by writing to us at SLPG Micro Care Foundation. The right to use this Platform is personal to the User and is not transferable.

During your use of the SLPG Micro Care Foundation Platform, we collect information including personal and sensitive personal information. You provide us explicit consent to collect the following data:

• Facilitating purchase and sale of products between Users on the Platform.
• Assisting customers to obtain a product from various banks partnered with SLPG Micro Care Foundation.
• Assisting Users to obtain their credit report through authorized agents partnered with SLPG Micro Care Foundation. We monitor and update the credit report as and when received from authorized agents.
• Providing support to Users in verifying their financial capabilities.
• Providing spend analysis by analyzing your income and expenses obtained via bank SMS scraping and integration with service providers.
• Provision of a social score based on your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or other social media accounts linked with your Platform account.
• If your phone number is registered on the 'Do Not Disturb' register, you must take steps to enable our representatives to contact you via phone for financial product details.

We also collect personal and financial information from registration forms, questionnaires, documents you provide, and credit reports you authorize us to obtain. If you do not allow collection of all requested information, we may not be able to deliver all services effectively.

We only collect financial SMS sent by 6-digit alphanumeric senders from your inbox. This helps us identify accounts you hold and your cash flow patterns to perform a credit risk assessment — determining your risk profile and providing appropriate credit analysis to enable you to take financial facilities from regulated entities on the platform.

While using the app, it periodically sends this financial SMS information to our affiliate server and to us.

When you sign up, we collect your mobile number and email address to uniquely identify you. This ensures that no unauthorized device or person is acting on your behalf.

We collect location information from your device to reduce the risk associated with your account and to verify your identity during the loan application process.

As part of our loan journey, we require references from the loan applicant. During the form filling process on our App, we collect your contact information to detect close contacts and enable autofill during the loan application process.

We also collect contact information for risk analysis — to detect credible references. The more credible the references, the lower the risk associated with a User.

We collect metadata of installed applications on your device — including application name, package name, installed time, updated time, version name, and version code — to assess your creditworthiness and enrich your profile with pre-approved customized loan offers.

You provide explicit consent to the disclosure of your information to third parties as per the terms of this Policy — only in the manner and for the purposes described below:

• To other financial service providers, banks, NBFCs, and third-party partners for providing Services and Products as detailed under the Terms & Conditions.
• To third-party partners and service providers for data analysis to improve our Services and analyze your use of the SLPG Micro Care Foundation Platform.
• To third-party service providers for fraud detection, risk assessment, and/or sending promotional tele-messages and emails.
• To third-party advertising networks and publishers to advertise our Products and Services — information shared will not be used for any purpose beyond advertising.
• Without prior notice, if required to comply with a legal obligation, government or statutory authority order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others — including fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
• To third parties under a confidentiality agreement restricting further disclosure, except as detailed in that agreement. We are not responsible for any breach by third parties who receive your personal information.

We will use and retain your information for such periods as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We store and process your personal information on SLPG Micro Care Foundation servers and secure cloud service providers. All information is protected using multiple safeguards including firewalls, SSL data encryption, and information access authorization controls.

We use reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under applicable Indian laws. However, you understand that there is no guarantee that data transmission over the Internet will be completely secure. Any information you transmit to us is at your own risk. We assume no liability for disclosure due to transmission errors, unauthorized third-party access, or acts beyond our reasonable control.

"Phishing" occurs when users are induced into divulging sensitive personal data via fraudulent websites or email addresses. If you provide information to a website or respond to an email not belonging to us, you may become a victim of phishing. We may verify your username, password, etc. from time to time for security purposes.

We have taken every effort to ensure this Policy adheres to applicable laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of this Policy shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder. This Policy does not apply to unsolicited information you provide through the Platform or any other means. All unsolicited information shall be deemed non-confidential and the Company shall be free to use or disclose it without limitation.

Our Website may link to other websites that collect personally identifiable information. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. This Policy only addresses data collected by us. Please review the privacy policies of any linked websites you visit — we have no control over their policies or any liability in this regard.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Lucknow, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.

The rights and remedies available under this Policy may be exercised as often as necessary and are cumulative — not exclusive of rights provided by law. Any waiver must be made only in writing. Delay in exercising or non-exercise of any right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, or any other right or remedy.
